  1. Ah ha! I showed my mom (parents), I never got the justice part..I didn’t have kids of my own!

It was funny reading that and thinking about how many of those things my mother said to me. I remember when I was little wondering if she could really knock me into next week..or even tomorrow (I guess if the offence wasn’t too bad, made her say tomorrow instead of next week.)

    Thanks for the smiles.

    1. I was told so many of those, too. I was also told, when I would keep asking “Why?”, “Because ‘Y’ is a crooked letter and you can’t straighten it!”.

Everyone said they would do things different from their parrents when we were growing up. I wonder how many of these sentences are still being repeated?

      Some things never go away.

    1. I did the “free therapy” today. It still makes me smile when I do that.

And, I must admit, so does turning the lights off. But, that only works really well if you don’t have to stumble in the dark.
