Inc.com had an article at the beginning of 2015 that lists 57 ways to make 2015 fabulous. I know we are all fabulous but there are times we get too busy or too tired and we forget how wonderful and extraordinary we are! Here’s a few things to help remind us of what we can do to make 2015 (and beyond) fabulous.
- Shut off “background” TV. The point of broadcast television is to make you want more stuff. Why program yourself to be a mindless consumer?
- Sleep more soundly. An hour bed shut down your computer and your phone. When you wake wait until you’re ready for work to read your emails.
- Smile more frequently. This tells your brain to be more happy and, because happiness is contagious, makes other people smile.
- Spend 10 seconds on gratitude. Spend at least 10 seconds, right now, to be grateful for all the wonderful things in your life.
